Africa in April?

I'd like to go to South Africa because I've heard about the natural beauty and wildlife there. I'm truly ignorant about much of Africa - my father is Nigerian and that's the only country I know much about. Please feel free to tell me about what you would do for a 10-day trip to Africa in April. If you really love SA main attractions are Kruger NP and Drakenberg Mts on the eastern side and Cape Town on the western... You can do it in 10 days but all this is rather on the beaten track. What I would like To suggest is to go north to Namibia - it will be more off the beaten paths and more picturesque. Start at Cape Town for spectacular location and the Cape itself. Rent a car and go north via Fish River Canyon, Namibian coast and sand dunes to Etosha NP for wildlife. Then to Victoria Falls = end of one way rental. With some effort you can do it in 10 days.
