Member opinion: French cuisine hardly needs a plug from me but outside the big cities a vegetarian can have problems unless they have a passion fo omelettes. Le Tournesol in Albi is a fine exception to this and has the merit of being close to the centre. All the food is vegetarian with vegan options and is varied and very tasty.
