Your picture of Salzburg is taken from a very special and unusual angle, makes it one of the best of the city!
www.globosapiens.net/aleksandra/picture-englischer-garten-28080.html is wonderful too. Should I leave Munich oneday, that is just the kind of scene I saw and would like to remember. Why cann't I think of shots like that!

In Ireland at Gougane Barra in county cork we have a very similar lake backed by steep (often mist clad) mountains
I find the picture very peaceful and beautifully framed by the foreground logs.
