Rosensteinpark Stuttgart
Rosensteinpark Stuttgart
Stuttgart, famous for its cars like Mercedes or Porsche has a lot more to offer than industries. After Budapest (Hungary) Stuttgart is the city with the second largest mineral water springs in Europe. There are lots of amazing pools without chlorin just mineral water, never circulting, always fresh. The bathing culture is absolutly special. The swabians love to go for a sauna and dip into the cool minaral water afterwards. I was raised close to this town, and used to live 2 years in down town.

Favourite spots:
Stuttgart with its stunning
Stuttgart with its stunning "green" heart. Autumn turns the huge park in a ray of colors
The absolut place which you are not allowed to miss is the Leutze Mineral Bath. Fabulous. Especialy on Fr and Sa evenings. Another cool bath is the 'Schwabenquellen', nothing for pourists - no cloth allowed. This is the most beautiful bath I ever saw, so if you can risk to go without shorts :-) take the chance. The city parks all along down town are worth a visit as well. Stuttgart is a verry green city, especially its subourbs like Degerloch.

What's really great:
Stuttgart city park
Stuttgart city park
I guess I mentioned it already.. the mineral water :-)

Sights:
The 'Fernsehturm' gives you an awesome view over down town. Located in Degerloch.

Nightlife:
Check out delayla in down town near Torstrasse. Nice small club without any cover. Packed on weekends

Hangouts:
Oblomov in Torstrasse is the place to hang out.

Restaurants:
If you are on a budget you might want to check out Tü8 which is down town in Tübingerstrasse.
For more exclusive meals you can just take the door next to it and try some great mexican food :-) Great atmosphere, but a bit pricy.
