Calanda - Spain It's well-known that in every little corner of the world, christian Easter is lived in different senses. In this little beautiful town people play thousands of drums in the main square and streets around it (see more pictures) until the ground vibrates, meaning the earthquake that happened during Christ's crucifixion. Most drummers bleed because of drumming so fast, and some of them consider this some kind of penitence for their sins.
