Chinchon - Spain Chinchon is a lovely town not far from Madrid that deserves a half day-tryp visit, where you may find a relaxing atmosphere after the caotic and noisy capital. This is the main square, that during the local party, is dressed with flags and converted into a bull-fighting arena. Don't forget to taste the local liquour (anís) and food.
