you stay in a Private eco-style cabin set in an tropical fruit orchard ! its best to book this 2 night 3 day trip from your hotel as its cheaper than booking direct. approx 2.5 hr drive north of cairns, queensland. your trip will include pickup/dropoff back to your hotel etc. this is a self catering trip, very local to some great restaurants set in the heart of the daintree rainforest, sit back and eat dinner to the magical sound of the rainforest. wake in the morning to fresh air, beautiful relaxing surroundings. 2 minutes from the beach. 2 nochturnal tours are on offer, first one is a trek with up to 9 other people through the rainforest at night looking for & learning about the wildlife (not for faint hearted). the other night time trek is around the tropical fruit orchard itself, tasting all the different fruits, both are fun. there's an array of things to do during the day, just ask at the farmstay for info.
