Anna Bay is the gateway to Stockton Beach Sand Dunes of Port Stephens. This is where one can go on a 4WD and to enjoy the 32km long of largest coastal moving sand in Australia.
Anna Bay can be visited all year round. Though the best time is in Spring where the wild native flowers adds to the surrounding beauty. Come around late May to July, you will be able to watch the migrating whales go by. What I found particularly interesting is to take a boom-net ride at the back of a motorboat and interact with the grey coloured dolphins. [edit text][editors]
