Bondi Beach is the closest beach to Sydney and could be considered the one of the most famous beach in the world. It is located on the eastern coast and is a wonderful place to visit if you like surfing, people watching and just enjoying yourself.
There are many shops which line the beach front (Campbell Parade), with the most popular shops being the ones which sell being beach wear and thongs.
There are also many bars and cafes, where the English fry-up is on the many menus almost all day. Also many restaurants offer the Australians tradition of BYO (bring your own alcohol) for a small cover charge. [edit text][editors]
