Cairns (November 2001)
This was our starting point of our trip in Australia. We were told by our travel advisor to start here and work our way south so thats what we chose. The reason behind this was because most young travellers in Oz start in Sydney and work their way North. more

Queensland is cool you got great beaches the great barrier reef, lots of sun, tropical rainforest. Cairns by itself is not that interesting but a good place to get information and organize further traveling. more
