Member opinion: NOT in Avarua. Its in the south west, close to the Rarotongan Hotel, where the best snorkeling area of the island can be found. Sunset side! Beautiful! Cheap and cosy, close to the beach, like everything on the island ;-) Super friendly staff, nice location and lots of things to do. Almost every night something different is offered by the staff. So, grab your shorts and/or bikini and get there....
