Member opinion: Lama Lama means 'cheers!' in Wolof. This place is popular with locals, who want to bring their tourists guest there. Otherwise, they would not be able to afford a meal there on their own. The restaurant has two qualities: 1/ food is tasty and 2/ there is often a live band playing. The drawback is that the service can be really, really, really, really, really slow and many items from the menu might not be available, including fish!
