San Pedro travel tips

Ramon's Village
We chose Ramon's Village because they have their own dive shop and pier, but these beachside cabanas were perfectly located, comfortable and affordable. Ramon's sits right at the end of San Pedro village, making for an easy walk to a variety of restaurants and clubs. A beautiful, although small, pool sits in the center of the property, along side the bar. The restaurant is a little pricey, but breakfast was reasonable, and the food was good. The beach, although not private, is well kept - no palapas but lots of lounges. The dive shop features 6 boats, with at least one boat going out every hours, giving you the ability to try out different dive masters and locations. The dive equipment was well kept, but not new. The reef is a quick 10 minute ride away. more
