Hi Bert,
Thank you for comments on my photograph. I have been returning to Angkor Wat a few times to take several shots. The one you enquired about was taken in the afternoon, not long before sunset, but with reasonable time to spare. I lingered on the site for a while to get the nice lighting. I think it was about 5pm, maybe slightly earlier.
