One of the best restaurants in the United States. The chef/owner, Odessa Piper, composes the menus based on locally-grown products. You can sometimes see her making the rounds during the farmers markets near the Capitol building. The food has a distinct French influence, and the wine list is top-notch. This is one of the top 3 restaurants I have visited in the world. Odessa also does cooking classes from time to time.
The location of the restaurant is also great - right off the Capitol square, in a 19th-century brick building restored with a lot of class.
