The glamourous side of sushi. Located in the posh 8th Arrondissement, Nobu is without question one of the finest Japanese restaurants in the world. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa has continued the trend started in the United States with Nobu in Paris, owned by Robert DeNiro.
The waiter does not simply show you to your table...he becomes your tour guide and counselor throughout your experience of the "haute cuisine japonaise". The blackend Chilean sea bass was incredible, I highly recommend it.
For a first-class night on the town, this is a fantastic destination. You will mingle with the movie star/politician/socialite crowd here...be sure to come well-dressed.
