Member opinion: Very nice accommodations. This was a resort geared very much for a family. If you have kids and need a place that's safe and affordable then this place is great. This resort complex,was situated off a very nice beach, with pool access, buffet breakfast and it's own "Bahian Village" onsite. It's perfect if you need a place to relax and not have to worry about leaving the resort. The one problem I encountered was that there were not a lot of English or Spanish speakers so that made things a little bit difficult but the people are so warm and friendly that it was not a major issue. However, if you're young and single and want to get out and party this may not be the best bet. I was lucky to have found an amazing guide, Pedro,(pt_ssa@hotmail.com) who was able to take me around the City of Salvador. I think having a knowledgable guide, esp one who spoke English made my trip very amazing.
