Rather than doing expensive tours to the valdés penninsular, if there is 4 of you, hire a car from Sigma. For a VW Gol for 3-4 days with 800-1000km free it works out cheaper and you can keep to your own timetable. Punto Tombo is a must but go there in the afternoon around 5 when the penguin are all returning from fishing in the see!!
