I love visiting Scotland. By Texas standards, everything is close. And you get the wilds of the Highlands and the culture and nightlife of the cities.

Favourite spots:
East Kilbride, The stream and walking trail from the MacDonald Sutherland Hotel into town.

What's really great:
Waking up to snow on the ground... Warm comforters and walking by the stream.
