Member opinion: A Mi Manera is not one of Cusco's cheapeast restaurants but you won't do much better without sacrificing arms and legs and the food is delicious. If you start in the main plaza and walk up the street with the cathedral on your left, you will find it on your left. [Second floor means what we call first floor in England, the ground floor being called first] If you want a good Andean band to play while you eat, the restaurant will arrange it.
