wonderful ! i wonder how you have got this much close to them? maybe any kind of zooming?

mortimer - Jun, 12 2006 08:06am
Hey Farnaz... It's kind of a Zoo

Hey Martin... It is NOT a zoo but both a wildlife park & sanctuary. The lions roam fairly freely in there NATURAL environment. They are tamed & very well fead but your safety is NOT guaranteed.....

Similar, I would not consider the gorillas in Rwanda to be in a zoo either - 20 years ago it was rare that travellers could get so close to wild animals like these. See also "THEME: Dr-Doolittle" soon

Well it has got fences and is a breeding station that's what makes me compare it to a zoo and I said KIND of a Zoo ;-)

rangutan - Jun, 12 2006 01:06pm
Even the great Kruger Park & also most Wildlife sanctuaries have fences (when no natural boundaries) to promote breeding. Touristy? No! This picture is still ***** for me. Animalz Rule!
