Llyn Crafnant is actually a reservoir but it has every appearance of being an extremely beautiful lake. With a map it's very easy to find from the Post Office in Capel Curig or it can be approached from Treffriw.
The path from Capel Curig makes a fine easier stroll in what is effectively the edge of the Carnedd range.
