Cano Negro - Costa Rica, Alajuela Watching sloths is like watching the slowest slow motion replay. We saw both 3 toed and the slightly smaller 2 toed sloths. An adult 3 toed sloth weights 14 lbs while a 2 toed comes in at 12 lbs. You can actually count the toes from the ground.
