Some of the pedal cab drivers take it to the next level by decking out their rides with flashing lights, and installing horns, small sirens and sometimes boom boxes, which blast Malaysian pop as the drivers cart their fares along the red brick streets amid the Dutch colonial architecture near Bukit St. Paul.
