I am looking for some hostel suggestion for France. I will be roving around there June 07. I am up for going anywhere really, so I will take into account any suggestions. ;)

Hi Jess

I stayed several times in "Gites de France" houses. They are similar to B&B in UK and offer easy accomodations at reasonable prices. look here for an online guide: http://www.gites-de-france.fr/

Hope it helps

Hi,

If you're heading to Paris and wanting to stay somewhere sociable and lively, then stay at the Peace & Love Hostel. When I say lively, I don't mean it in the way that it's going to prevent you from getting a decent night's sleep. It's just a great place and I've never stayed at a Hostel that radiates the same atmosphere as this one, you're destined to meet people and they provide a really good walking tour of Monmarte and Pigalle.

Good luck!

:]

samantha,

Maybe you can upload the address etc of the hostel in Paris in 'travel tips' that way we can always find it back. Let me know if you need any help.

www.paris35.com

would be a good place to start. I always use it when I'm planning a trip to France and reccommend it to all my friends. They've got an easy booking online system too and honest opinions of a wide variety of accommodation. I hope you find it useful!
