I hope you like what you see in Europe but i suggest you shouldn't try to pack in too many countries or you will never remember which is which afterwards.
That's a great country you are in now but winter is not its best time unless there are snow and sun together. I have taken winter breaks in southern Spain, Portugal and Italy. Add southern France and you will have more than enough to fill your time.
