I stumbled upon this word occasionally, my English not being that good, really an alien word to me , yet it describes the deep for travel so well? Perhaps it discribes me because I have not found a place I can call home since fleeing Africa in 1991.

Thanks Rudi
In English, if you call somebody else a vagabond, it usually contains a note of disapproval but many would describe themseles as vagabonds in the way you have done.
