Friedrichsruh and Aumühle are two villages which were part of the 'Sachsenwald'. This forest is located southeast of Hamburg and one of the largest coherent forest in the north German area. It is still private property of the Bismarck family. Famous Schnaps is brewed here and a lot of restaurants serve local specialities like deer and wild boar.
