Reports - sequence of chapters

I also noticed that certain reports have 'Other recommendations' (e.g. recent one on Machu Picchu) as the last chapter (I like this) but all mine have 'Restaurants' as the last chapter, which I could not change. Furthermore, I see that while typing the report live on the website, the sequence of the chapters is different than it appears when the report is published. For me, the best sequence would be: 1. Title 2. Introduction 3. Overview 4. Sights 5. Favourite spots 6. What's really great 7. Hangouts 8. Restaurants 9. Nightlife 10. Accommodation 11. Other recommendations I did not believe members could control the sequence of the chapters in their reports, but I might need to be educated. Any thoughts, tips?
