It's not so secret, every Haitian knows about it and if you've traveled wisely yet there, you will too.
At Kenscoff you will find the best "griot' ever! It constitutes of fried plantanes and porc meat. You can also ask for "tasso " instead of "griot" if you would rather have goat meat. You can buy for as much money as you have but with 2 american dollars you are guaranteed to be full!
Cuation tought, if you have sensitive stomach you might want to try a small amount first and see how you react to it.
