Thomastown - Ireland, Kilkenny Fourteenth century ruin where Cistercian monks worked and prayed. A tomb within the wall bears the name Walter Walsh from the fifteenth century. There was a man named Walter walsh living locally in the middle of the twentieth century. Family traditions in Ireland are resillient.
