Member opinion: The owners are Peruvian and, of course, their speciality is ceviche, that is, marinated raw seafood accompanied with onions, tomatoes, spices and some lime juice (they also prepare ceviche with chicken and pork meat). For drink they sell well known Peruvian beer Cristal and pisco sours.
Although pisco is also very popular in Chile, its name derives from the Peruvian town of Pisco, in the department of Ica, a place with many grapes with which to distil brandy.
