It's considered a top place for artist and student . Situated right in the middle of action you don't need a car you can walk everywhere . We are at 8 minutes walk from st-Denis street and st-Laurent. we are close of the Big Lafontaine park , and Laurier park .You have free access to a indoor pool (4 min. walk). Here life is simple. we an small hostel for relax travaller we are not a bar we are an hostel

We speak english and french and Skippy the Jack Russell live in the hostel .
This is the real Montréal the biggest francophone city in north America. Actually the Plateau is very cosmopolitain we are central we have park, pool, bars, café, not just Mcdonald, burger king, Gap, etc. If you want to shop go on Ste-Catherine or better that stay home. Here it's local thing . IF you want party all night long you better go somewhere else .We previligie quiet atmosphere.You can cook in the kitchen or eat in a variety of restaurant around. more than 60 resto on the street
