Your best bet is to phone recruitment, the number will be on www.yha.org. It is best to apply early, for next summer they will be recruiting in Febuary or March. I found the staff were generally quite young (twenties or thirties), and very fun to work with. Though that may only be true of "active" areas like N. Wales and the Lakes.
