Gonbat-e-Kavus is from touristical sight nothing spectacular, except its tomb tower built of brick stones in the year 1006. 55 meters tall is the building one of the earliest skyscraper in history. The tower is perfectly preserved that its hard to believe in his age. The city is midway from Tehran to Mashad. [edit text][editors]
