Vom Marienplatz zur Isar

Since I’m 2 years old I’ve been to Munich every year. I just love this city. It has that really calm and typical Bavarian atmosphere that I love. If you have the chance go to the English garden and watch them!!!!

If you ever come to Munich you should also invest some time to go to “Prien am Chiemsee”. It lays about 45 minutes by train away from the city and is very close to the mountains. King Ludwig build a castle (he used the Versaille for his plans) on a little Island in the lake and that’s why the Chiemsee is also called Herrenchiemsee. You can go over to the Island with a boat and I can truly recommend that. The surrounding of Prien is very good for hiking and bicycling.

Favourite spots:
My favourite place in Munich is the English garden. There’s a really nice beer garden and it’s perfect to relax. I can also highly recommend the German Museum that’s lying at the Isar. You can easily spend a holde day in there. Munich is also very good for shopping but unfortunately it’s also quite expensive.

What's really great:
As I already said, I love everything, when it comes to Munich. I think it is the ultiamte Bavarian city. But a Must-do is to go to a beer garden!
