The most interesting places in Seattle For one year I stayed in the wonderful liberal city called Seattle. I enjoyed everyday there. There are so many things to do in Downtown as around Seattle

Waterfront: There are a lots of interesting restaurants and of course the Seattle Aquarium. But the most gorgeous thing to do, is to walk onto the ferry to have a wonderful view over Seattle’s skyline. Seattle Center: as a tourist you should really do the Duck ride. It’s funny and you can learn a lot about Seattle. There are also a lot of festivals taking place there. For example the Bumbershoot Festival (September) Capitol Hill: After 9 months I moves to Capitol Hill and this is the most interesting neighborhood in Seattle. A lot of different cultures are living together in a powerful melting pot. There are also very cute shops and cafes. San Juan islands: I f you want to feel pure nature you really should go to Orcas island. It`s a wonderful Island were you can go hitch-hiking and kayaking. On the north side of Orcas island there’s a camping field. Vancouver B.C.: I didn’t likes this city as much as I likes Seattle, but it’s more interesting for people under 21, because here you can go into a club, when you are older than 19 years.

| What's really great: |
The Nature and the people. Your only need to drive for a half an hour out of Seattle and you will find a wonderful place in the woods or a big old volcand (Mount rainier) In 2006 I cam once more to my second hometown and reailzed again why I missed this city so much. I spend my three weeks mostly at Capitol Hill... One of the nicest and coloured neighbourhoods in Seattle. I f you have the chance visit the small coffee shops on 15th ave!!!
