10 – Las Huelgas Monastery's by jorgesanchez

Burgos - Spain Although it is called a Monastery in Spanish (Monasterio), it is in fact a Nunnery (Convento, in Spanish). It was really the most fantastic visit during our pilgrimage to the holy places in the soul of Spain during our pilgrimage. Inside there are wonders beyond imagination that will make you cry of emotion (at least that was the case of my companions and mine). I bought to the nuns some small souvenirs to remember this extraordinary place forever.
