26 - In the Camino there are chorizos's by jorgesanchez

La Gudina - Spain One of the wonders of the Camino is the gastronomy, and Spain is so rich in food and wines… Madre mía! In every town they have their special products, Galician soup, empanada, jamón, calamares, pulpo (octopus), delicious red wine from Toro (Zamora) and white Alvariño from Galicia… Chorizo is very popular in Spain and although I use to be vegetarian, sometimes (very rarely) I can’t resist eating a sandwich of chorizo. In this bar the owner loved so much the pilgrims that he gave everyone shells to write their names and place of origin. There were shells signed by pilgrims from Spain, Italy, Poland, Germany, Australia, Israel… etc.
