Smolensk - Russia, Smolenskaya Oblast' This is the patio of a superb restaurant. I had a wonderful Russian lunch there, so delicious, and so cheap (Siberian pelmenie, Ukrainian borsch and medovukha for drinking).

Interesting garden sculpture also outside my experience. Last time I ate pilmeni was at Sonsova in Mc Donnells experimental kitchen where a launch in the Puskin restaurant was being considered. I never learned if they were actually launched.
