Ithaca - Greece, Kefallinía My boat came to Frikes. From Ithaca I headed to Igumenitsa to catch the night boat to Bari, then crossed hitch hiking (although sometimes I had to take trains) Italy (visiting Padre Pio and Montecassino monastery on the way), the Principality of Seborga (a kind of San Marino)and France (Arles), and went back home, in Barcelona, in my dear Spain. I followed Konstantine Kavafis advice and I did not buy anything in the Phoenicians markets, no fine merchandising, and no mother of pearl and coral, not even amber, ebony or sensual perfumes, gold, silk, precious stones or aromatic spices. No, not at all, but I brought knowledge that I picked up in a Nakshbandi dervish Tekke in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where I remained several days learning the nightly Zikr exercises and studied how to play the Ney flute for the Sema dances.
