This is one of the 22 Satras in Majuli Island. They accept guests at a very cheap price, almost nothing, and you can participate like spectator in the holy dances every night. Dinner will be served to you for free, and also breakfast. In the town, only for the breakfast you will pay more than for lodging in this holy Satra. You will be introduced to the Great Guru, on the first floor, a very nice man, but will not accept you to shake hands; instead you have to say Namaste and unite your hands (like the Christians pray), as a Hindu greeting.
