Decent place in Chiang Mai. About 15 minute walk to the night bazaar. Near the old city area. Rooms are clean enough but not spotless. There is an inviting pool. HW, AC, Cable TV, and restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Steady stream of backpackers and families coming and going. Busy place. $15 US approx a night for single or double.
