Member opinion: This hostel should be the latest choice in Lisbon. Not well marked, in old building, with small not very clean rooms. In night was very cold ( I was there in December), so ask for additional blanket. There is a kitchen for guests. Price is 18 EUR per person. To go there take subway line "verde" station "Arroios" and 300 meters from Praca de Chile in small street.
