Member opinion: This is one of London's newest venues, based in the large the O2 complex. The entrance is through a back door and not withing the tent itself, in contrast to all other venues at the former Millennium Dome. Matter has quickly established itself as a reputable club, which pulls world class DJs. It has been purposely built for a club and it claims they have the best sound system in the world. However, it is not as large as they claim (there are a few larger clubs in London) and the music is very monotonous. It gets packed mainly with white people, who do not mind umz umz umz umz umz all night long until 6 a.m. Entry is £20, which terribly too much for the quality of music.
