For quite some travelers Monkey bay will be your first stop at Lake Malawi. The lake is the third largest in Africa and coveres one-fifth of the countries territory. Globally, it contains more species of fish than any other lake, 10 families and about 500 species. While the lake stretches nearly 600km till the Livingston Mountains (Tanzania) in the north, this southern tipped resort town is a part of Livingstons World and that of other adventurers, just like us and you.
