Ennde is a large village in the Dogon Country at the bottom of the Bandiagara Escarpment. It is divided into several districts, each having its own chief in-charge, and its own name. Ennde has a great atmosphere and a few great sights, one of which is a mud-brick mosque. Ennde is used to visitors but it remains conservative. A few families let visitors sleep on the roofs of their houses. However, there is a campament in the village, which generates electricity for their large cooling cabinets, which serve cold drinks. They also run a shop, where one can acquire basic snacks, etc. [edit text][editors]
