Hotel Oasis in on the 3rd- 6th floors of an apartment block in a busy street. Rooms at the back are very quiet. We paid Rs 780 (€16) for a double with bathroom.
The hotel had recently been renovated and is clean and bright. Very friendly management. It is close to the Post-Office and Victoria Station (and therefore easy to find back).
