Iquitos from Lima

Hi Mette,
when we went to Iquitos, the flight was actually from Cuzco to Lima then from Lima to Iquitos. So in total the flight costed under $300 US if I remember correctly. The airline we took was Aero Condor. Perhaps, however, it's a busier time of year? Lan Peru will be more expensive as it's the nice Peruvian airline. Others include Star Peru and I forget the other one. But Aero Condor served us well.
One more thing... we also looked on the Aero Condor website prior to leaving and we also found outrageous prices. But when we got to Peru we went to travel agents and booked our flights on the spot, and it was as cheap as people said it would be. I don't know though, I don't want to steer you down a bad road and have you arrive and see that it's as expensive as it says it is on the Internet. I'm just saying it's a possibility.
