rangutan - Jan, 15 2008 05:01am Interesting Amanda. A sacred mountain, it has NEVER ever been climbed to the summit by anyone in history. In 1957 a British team got a license to climb it till 50 meters below the summit which they did and obeyed! [The name is correct at GLOBO: "Machhapuchhare", with 4x "h" s]
